These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WorldVC platform and its business applications (the "Services"), available at worldvc.business and its subdomains. By creating an account, purchasing an app, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
WorldVC provides a suite of subscription business applications, including an AI phone receptionist, AI chat agents, CRM, invoicing, recruiting, and related tools. Each application is licensed to you as a service; we host, operate, and update it. Features may evolve over time, and we will not materially reduce the core functionality of an app you are paying for during a paid period.
You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at care@worldvc.business if you suspect unauthorized use.
Apps are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed in advance for each billing period at the prices shown at checkout or agreed in your order. Where usage-based charges apply (for example, voice minutes or message volume), they are metered and billed as described on the applicable pricing page or invoice. Taxes may be added where required.
Payments are processed by our payment partners. For international card payments this is Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record, and their name may appear on your statement. Local payment methods may be processed by other licensed providers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel a subscription whenever you choose from your console or by emailing care@worldvc.business; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. You agree not to use the Services to break the law, to send spam or unlawful robocalls or messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach or probe the security of the platform, or to resell the Services except under a written partner agreement with us.
Some Services place, receive, or record phone calls and send SMS on your behalf. You are responsible for using them lawfully in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any consent required to record calls or contact individuals, and for honoring do-not-call and opt-out requests.
You own the business data you put into the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and back up that data to operate the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by WorldVC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your business during your subscription.
We work to keep the Services available and monitored, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose; review AI output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any point. We may suspend or terminate the Services for material breach of these Terms that remains uncured after notice, or for non-payment. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period on request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice (for example by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
